Ran a whole dungeon crawl last weekend and never once had to pause to sketch out a grid. The pre-drawn terrain on these mats covers pretty much every encounter I threw at the party, from a forest clearing to a cave mouth. My prep time is basically halved now.

The double-sided design means I can flip from forest to dungeon without breaking the flow of combat, which is huge for improv nights. The wet-erase surface wipes clean with just a damp cloth, even after a whole session of marker scribbles.

I love how these mats are ready to go straight out of the pack — saved me at least twenty minutes of drawing before our last session. The variety of terrain options in one multi-pack is a huge time-saver for a busy GM.
